History:

The company is one of British Columbia's longest established professional Marine Survey companies and offers a diverse but personalised service to a number of companies in the marine sector worldwide.

As Mitchell Marine and Associates, the company prospered for many years under its founder Captain Harry Mitchell. Upon retirement in 1991 Captain Mitchell sold the company to Captain Mike Fothergill FNI who continued to ensure the traditions of service and growth until July 2007 when the company was purchased by Tidal Transport & Trading Ltd., a diversified Marine Services Group based in Port Moody, British Columbia.

Captain Fothergill continues to be actively involved in the day to day management of the company under the new ownership structure.
